To ensure our quality, Auto Technic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is pleased to guarantee the repairing works and parts which changed by our service center as follows :

• Multi-purpose vehicles and pickup trucks, we guarantee for 6 months or 10,000 Kms from the truck delivery date, (Whichever comes first).
• Medium and Big trucks, we guarantee for 3 months or 5,000 Kms from the truck delivery date, (Whichever comes first).

Warranty exceptions

• The damage from following causes:
  • The customer refusing the repairing method or using the spare parts which recommended by Auto Technic
  • Customers bring their materials, spare parts and/or decorative accessories, etc. due to the modification of the car condition for beauty or unusual use.
• The deterioration from normal use such as wheel alignment, tire balance, coolant, lubricant, filter, fuse, spark plug, belt, etc.
• The deterioration of the car caused by the passage of time. For example, parking for a long period without good maintenance, etc.
• Degradation of spare parts, lubricant, fluid, etc. that must be changed according to the usage period
• Damage caused by acid rain, chemical fallout or other environmental causes, or birds, insects or plants, etc.
• Damage in the case of driving off the road or the area that is normally not used as a road
• Scratches, chips, dings, etc. due to normal vehicle use.
• The vehicle that has changed the number of kilometers on the distance meter, and/or the speed meter line is removed or broken.
• Expenses from the lack of convenience, accommodation, telephone charges, fuel costs, time wasted, towing costs, etc.
